What is our return policy?

At TheBeatlesInIndia.com we are committed to offering our customers the very highest quality products. We guarantee everything we sell. 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt following the instructions below:

Please pack the item carefully in the original packing material wherever possible and return to the address printed on your original package. We will refund your order price, less the original delivery shipping charges and return shipping charges incurred by us for your order, upon receipt of your return.

All returned items must include the return number and be in the same condition in which it was shipped to you. We will then schedule a mutually convenient day and time for UPS to pick-up your return item. We will not accept COD shipping charges for returned items. We are not responsible for incorrectly packaged items that are returned to us, and we cannot provide a refund for items returned in poor condition.

The item I received is defective. How do I return it?

While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, an occasional mistake can happen. If you've received a defective item simply contact TheBeatlesInIndia.com via e-mail within 30 days of receipt. Your claim will require pre-authorization and we will issue you a "claim number". Once you receive this number, simply fill out the claim request form we send you, enclosed with the claim number, and send the information back to us.
We will then notify you as soon as your claim is processed, and will schedule a mutually convenient day and time for UPS to pick-up your defective item. Please pack the item carefully in the original packing material wherever possible.
Upon receipt of your defective item we will immediately send you a replacement. It is important that you follow this procedure to ensure that we can process your claim and replace your defective item in a timely manner.

What should I do if my package was damaged
during shipment?

If your package was shipped by courier: please notify us immediately via e-mail. Include the tracking number located on your shipping label and your original The Beatles in India order number. (this is the order number provided to you by CCNow, our authorized online checkout service). We will submit your claim to the courier company who will issue a claim number and instructions.
Make sure to save the carton and all packing materials. Please don't return items damaged in shipment directly to us. We cannot ensure that proper credit from the courier company will be issued if the above procedure is not followed.
Upon approval of your damage claim by the courier company, and receipt of your damaged goods, we will immediately send you a replacement. It is important that you follow this procedure to ensure that we can process your claim and replace your defective item as quickly as possible.
